Testing 2This is an action which arose out of an agreement for sale between Isis Homestyle Limited(“the claimant”) acting through its sole director Marion Marshall and Christopher BrianBreeching (“the defendant”). The claimant has sued the defendant for recovery of adeposit paid towards the purchase price and other sums expended for construction andfinishing works, on a partially completed five bedroom villa with swimming pool, at Marigotin Saint Lucia. The villa is located on two parcels of land, belonging to the defendant.
